Training ranges form beginner basic for those new to pilates to advanced training for more experienced. Including a Wide variety of machines to aid in the training, even machines that are not in regular Pilates studios to customize your experience and results. Sessions can be hybrid tailored to fit the needs of each unique client.
Theresa Holliday is a Certified Pilates instructor through the Pilates Sports Center in Mat Work, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Pre-Post Natal and Cardio Jump Board. She is also a personal trainer and TRX qualified instructor. She has an additional 15+ years experience as a Black Belt instructor and Certified Referee. Born and raised in Venice, California she has also been an active surfer and surfing instructor for 15+ years. She is very experienced in cross training with a variety of sports including Volleyball. She has recovered from many injuries, including lower back injuries. She specializes in getting people out of pain. She also has lots of experience with senior clientele
She worked in the film entertainment industry for more than a decade doing physical manual labor causing lower back pain and the doctors told her that the only option was surgery and pain pills. She has never done surgery or had any pain pills. She turned to Pilates and is very experienced in aiding in the recovery, as well as overall body health and strength. She is passionate about teaching and loves helping clients progress towards their goals. Committed and patient, Theresa keeps the session fun and upbeat
