Pilates is dynamic platform where you can train your body and easily target specific muscle groups. The workout can be tailored to meet your needs whether your are looking for more strength, cardio, flexibility, to improve your posture or have injuries that need to heal and pain management.
We are trained to work with injuries and aid you in your recovery. Pilates is a wonderful form of physical therapy.
With us you will build stamina in a fun environment as you tone your body. Pilates has primarily no impact on the joints and is one of the best ways to build long lean tone muscles.
We offer options of private session (1 on 1), semi private session (2 people), or group session (3-4 people). We are a welcoming community. Training ranges form beginner basic for those new to pilates to advanced training for more experienced. We are also very experienced with senior clientele.

Theresa Holliday is a Certified Pilates instructor through the Pilates Sports Center in Mat Work, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Pre-Post Natal and Cardio Jump Board. She is also a personal trainer and TRX qualified instructor. She has an additional 15+ years experience as a Black Belt instructor and Certified Referee. Born and raised in Venice, California she has also been an active surfer and surfing instructor for 15+ years. She is very experienced in cross training with a variety of sports including Volleyball. She has recovered from many injuries, including lower back injuries.
She worked in the film entertainment industry for more then a decade doing physical manual labor causing lower back pain. That is why she turned to Pilates and is experienced in aiding in the recovery, as well as overall body health and strength. She is passionate about teaching and loves helping clients progress towards their goals. Committed and patient, Theresa keeps the session fun and upbeat
