Pilates is dynamic platform where you can train your body and easily target specific muscle groups. The workout can be tailored to meet your needs whether your are looking for more strength, cardio, flexibility, to improve your posture or have injuries that need to heal and pain management.
We are trained to work with injuries and aid you in your recovery. Pilates is a wonderful form of physical therapy.

Both privates sessions and small group classes are available. Classes are up to 4 people maximum. Everyone is welcomed to our community, from beginners who are new to pilates to advanced practitioners. We use a wide variety of equipment to aid in the training, including machines that are not in regular Pilates studios. This allows for a customized experience, to fit the needs of each unique client and get results.
Theresa Holliday is a Certified Pilates instructor through the Pilates Sports Center. She is certified in Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Pre-Post Natal, Cardio Jump Board and Mat Work. She is also a personal trainer as well as a TRX qualified instructor. She has an additional 15+ years experience as a Black Belt instructor and Certified Referee. Born and raised in Venice, California she has also been an active surfer and Surfing Instructor for 15+ years. She is very experienced in cross training with a variety of sports including Volleyball, Acrobatics (Acro Yoga), Aerial and Dance.
Holliday worked in the film entertainment industry for more than a decade doing physical manual labor, which caused severe lower back pain. The doctors told her that the only option was surgery and pain pills. She refused to take that path instead she decided to turn to Pilates. She is now pain free and able to continue to do the sport she loved.
Theresa is specialized in getting people out of pain. She has taken many education courses on ways to heal the body. Over the years of manual labor and all the sports, she had to recover from many injuries herself at different times. This also gives her a better understanding of what clients are going through.
Theresa is also very experienced at helping clients with out injuries to achieve their goals. She comes up with fun challenging ways to focus on overall body health and strength. She has lots of experience with senior clientele as well. Her passion for teaching shows, she loves of helping clients make progress. Committed and patient, she keeps the session upbeat.
